Khan started his job with appearances in several tv series in the later 1980s. He made his Bollywood debut in 1992 with Deewana. Khan was created on 2 November 1965 in woman family in New Delhi. His paternal cousins in Peshawar declare that the family is of Hindkowan origin from Kashmir, not Pashtun, and also contradict the claim that his grandfather was from Afghanistan.



Khan grew in the Rajendra Nagar neighbourhood of Delhi up. His father had several business ventures including a restaurant, and the grouped family lived a middle-class life in rented apartments. Khan attended St. Columba's University in central Delhi where he excelled in his studies and in sports activities such as hockey and sports, and received the school's highest prize, the Sword of Honour. He also attended the National College of Dilemma in Delhi during his early on profession in Bollywood. His daddy died of cancers in 1981, and his mother passed on in 1991 from issues of diabetes. After the death of the parents, his more mature sister, Shahnaz Lalarukh, delivered in 1960, dropped into a despondent state and Khan had taken on the duty of looking after her. Shahnaz continues to live with her brother and his family in their Mumbai mansion.


Although Khan was given the delivery name Shahrukh Khan, he prefers his name to be written as Shah Rukh Khan, and is described by the acronym SRK commonly. He married Gauri Chibber, a Punjabi Hindu, october 1991 in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony on 25, after a six-year courtship. They have a son Aryan (born 1997) and a princess Suhana (given birth to 2000). In 2013, they truly became parents of an third child named AbRam, who was simply born through the surrogate mother. Relating to Khan, while he highly believes in Islam, he also values his wife's faith. His children follow both religions; at home the Qur'an is situated next to the Hindu deities.
