Shah Rukh Khan (blessed Shahrukh Khan; 2 November 1965), known as SRK also, is an Indian film actor, producer and tv set personality. Khan grew up in the Rajendra Nagar neighbourhood of Delhi. His father had several business ventures including a restaurant, and the family lived a middle-class life in rented apartments. After Hansraj, he started learning for a master's level in Mass Marketing communications at Jamia Millia Islamia, but remaining to pursue his acting job. He also attended the National School of Play in Delhi during his early profession in Bollywood. His father died of tumors in 1981, and his mom died in 1991 from issues of diabetes. Following the death of the parents, his aged sister, Shahnaz Lalarukh, delivered in 1960, fell into a frustrated state and Khan took on the responsibility of looking after her. Shahnaz continues to live with her brother and his family in their Mumbai mansion.
Although Khan was presented with the delivery name Shahrukh Khan, he prefers his name to be written as Shah Rukh Khan, and is often referred to by the acronym SRK. He married Gauri Chibber, a Punjabi Hindu, in a normal Hindu marriage ceremony on 25 October 1991, after having a six-year courtship. They have a kid Aryan (born 1997) and a princess Suhana (given birth to 2000). In 2013, they truly became parents of any third child called AbRam, who was born via a surrogate mother. According to Khan, while he firmly thinks in Islam, he also prices his wife's religion. His children follow both religions; at home the Qur'an can be found next to the Hindu deities.
