Shah Rukh Khan (born Shahrukh Khan; 2 November 1965), known as SRK also, is an Indian film professional, television and producer personality. Referred to in the media as the "Baadshah of Bollywood", "King of Bollywood" or "King Khan", he has appeared in more than 80 Bollywood films, and earned numerous accolades, including 14 Filmfare Awards. Khan was created on 2 November 1965 in a Muslim family in New Delhi. Khan's mother, Lateef Fatima, was the child of a senior authorities engineer. His parents were married in 1959. His paternal cousins in Peshawar claim that the family is of Hindkowan origins from Kashmir, not Pashtun, and contradict the declare that his grandfather was from Afghanistan also.

He also went to the National College of Dilemma in Delhi during his early on job in Bollywood. His daddy died of tumors in 1981, and his mother died in 1991 from complications of diabetes. Following the death of their parents, his more aged sister, Shahnaz Lalarukh, given birth to in 1960, fell into a depressed point out and Khan needed on the duty of looking after her.
