Shah Rukh Khan (delivered Shahrukh Khan; 2 November 1965), also known as SRK, is an Indian film acting professional, producer and television personality. Khan was born on 2 November 1965 in lady family in New Delhi. He spent the first five many years of his life in Mangalore, where his maternal grandfather, Ifthikar Ahmed, served as the chief engineer of the port in the 1960s. According to Khan, his paternal grandfather, Jan Muhammad, an ethnic Pathan was from Afghanistan. He also attended the National College of Theatre in Delhi during his early job in Bollywood. His father died of tumor in 1981, and his mom passed on in 1991 from complications of diabetes. After the death with their parents, his elderly sister, Shahnaz Lalarukh, blessed in 1960, fell into a frustrated status and Khan needed on the responsibility of caring for her. Shahnaz continues to live with her brother and his family in their Mumbai mansion.
Although Khan was given the delivery name Shahrukh Khan, he prefers his name to be written as Shah Rukh Khan, and is referred to by the acronym SRK commonly. He married Gauri Chibber, a Punjabi Hindu, in a normal Hindu wedding ceremony on 25 October 1991, after having a six-year courtship. They have a boy Aryan (given birth to 1997) and a princess Suhana (born 2000). In 2013, they truly became parents of a third child known as AbRam, who was born by using a surrogate mother. Regarding to Khan, while he feels in Islam firmly, he also values his wife's religion. His children follow both religions; at home the Qur'an can be found next to the Hindu deities.
