Shah Rukh Khan (given birth to Shahrukh Khan; 2 November 1965), also known as SRK, is an Indian film actor, television and producer personality. According to Khan, his paternal grandfather, Jan Muhammad, an ethnic Pathan was from Afghanistan. Khan grew in the Rajendra Nagar neighbourhood of Delhi up. His father had several business ventures including a restaurant, and the family lived a middle-class life in rented apartments.
