Shah Rukh Khan (blessed Shahrukh Khan; 2 November 1965), known as SRK also, can be an Indian film actor, television and producer personality. Khan started his career with appearances in a number of tv set series in the late 1980s. He made his Bollywood debut in 1992 with Deewana. Early in his career, Khan was recognised for portraying villainous jobs in the videos Darr (1993), Baazigar (1993) and Anjaam (1994). (2001). He acquired critical acclaim for his portrayal of alcoholic in Devdas (2002), a NASA scientist in Swades (2004), a hockey trainer in Chak De! India (2007) and a man with Asperger syndrome in My Name Is Khan (2010). His highest-grossing motion pictures are the comedies Chennai Exhibit (2013) and Happy New Calendar year (2014). Many of his motion pictures display styles of Indian national identification and associations with diaspora neighborhoods, or gender, racial, social and religious grievances and differences. For his contributions to film, the national government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri, and the federal government of France awarded him both the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres and the L?gion d'honneur.



As of 2015, Khan is co-chairman of the film development company Red Chillies Entertainment and its own subsidiaries, and it is the co-owner of the Indian Top Group cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders. Khan was created on 2 November 1965 in female family in New Delhi. Khan's father, Meer Taj Mohammed Khan, was an Indian freedom activist in Peshawar, British India (present-day Pakistan). By 2010, Khan's paternal family was still moving into Shah Wali Qataal portion of Peshawar's Qissa Khawani Bazaar. Meer was a follower of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, and affiliated with the All Indian Country wide Congress. He shifted to New Delhi in 1948 partition of India. Khan grew in the Rajendra Nagar neighbourhood of Delhi up. Khan attended St. Columba's University in central Delhi where he excelled in his studies and in athletics such as hockey and soccer, and received the school's highest prize, the Sword of Honour.
