Shah Rukh Khan (born Shahrukh Khan; 2 November 1965), also known as SRK, can be an Indian film actor, producer and television set personality. Khan was created on 2 November 1965 in a Muslim family in New Delhi. He spent the first five many years of his life in Mangalore, where his maternal grandfather, Ifthikar Ahmed, served as the chief engineer of the port in the 1960s. According to Khan, his paternal grandfather, Jan Muhammad, an cultural Pathan was from Afghanistan.
